Working Group
Sub-Group Conference Calls between
August and September 2004 Meetings
At the conclusion of the
August 16 & 17, 2004 meeting, Working Group members volunteered to
participate in three new sub-groups: 1)
Budget, 2) Funding and 3) Location/Potential Areas of High and Low
Conflict. Since August 17th,
each sub-group has convened three times via conference call to discuss ideas
and develop working documents on these topics.
The working documents developed by the sub-groups will be discussed by
the full Working Group at the September 28 & 29, 2004 meeting in
